His expertise in real estate and construction, coupled with an MBA and engineering background, ensures DNR Group delivers not just stunning landmarks, but spaces that create lasting value for our customers and investors.

Ritesh Kumat

Director

Ritesh is a key player at DNR Group, wielding his exceptional relationship-building skills to spearhead our networking, public relations, and marketing efforts. With a background in both engineering (MIT) and business administration, he brings a unique perspective and strategic mind to his role.

Rajvi Kumat

Creative Director

Rajvi Kamat, our Creative Director, brings a unique blend of artistic vision and technical expertise to every project. With a BFA and MFA in Interior Design, she leads our team in crafting spaces that inspire and elevate the human experience.

Rajesh Binner

Director

Rajesh is director at DNR. Before joining DNR, Rajesh was national director- land & investments for colliers international. He has held various senior positions at ICICI Bank and Standard Chartered bank. He has served as Director- Group Strategy for Bagmane Developers and Principal – Real Estate for Private Equity Fund promoted by Taib Bank Bahrain and Dubai Holdings.

D V Badrinath

VP Business Development

D V Badrinath is responsible for Business Development at DNR Group. He has over a decade long experience and has proved his mettle in marketing across Automobile, Insurance and Public Relations domains. His passion for innovation and open minded approach enables him to see beyond the obvious details. D V Badrinath is a management post graduate.

Mathish Kempaiah

VP Business Development

Mathish Kempaiah is Vice President – Projects in DNR Group, bringing over 30 years of industry expertise in driving large-scale residential and commercial projects, optimizing operations, and advancing sustainable building practices. With a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and client relations. He oversees the full lifecycle of overall construction initiatives from conceptual design planning till completion. Known for a results-driven leadership style, dedicated to maximize efficiency, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and fostering innovation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

K V R Rao

Vice President - Contracts

K V R Rao has more than three decades of diverse experience in the fields of project management, contracts & procurement in Residential and Commercial Buildings. He holds a degree in B.E. - Civil Engineering from Andhra University and Advance Strategy Management Program from IIM Indore. He has been heading the Contracts function of DNR Group since 2018. Prior to joining DNR Group, he has held leadership roles with Puravankara, Patel Realty and Tata Housing.
